Portal

To access the Support Portal, go to Clario.com and click the Support link at the top of the screen, then click Bioclinica Support.  

I have a Bioclinica login – Click the Bioclinica Product Support Login button.

I don’t have a Bioclinica login – Populate information and click the Submit button.

 

The Support Center operates 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. 

Interpreting services are available, if needed. 

When contacting the Support Center, please have the following information ready:

·         The Name of the Client

·         A telephone number for the Support Center to call back (including extension)

·         The best time for the Support Center to call

·         A brief description of the problem – For example, “Computer does not turn off,” or “Cannot log in,” etc.
