Use the Change Visual menu to select
the Form data to display. Options
include:
o
Entered Forms Per Site
o
Verified Forms Per Site

Click on a segment (metric) in the
chart to display filtered data in the metrics tiles (top of screen) and
populate the Form List Grid.

The Form List Grid populates to show
the Top Rows for the selection(s).
o
By default, the grid displays
25 records.
o
Edit the numeral in the Top Rows
field to select the number of records to display.
o
To display ALL records in the grid,
enter a number that is equal to or greater than the total for your
selection(s).
o
Optionally, use the Download
button (top of screen) to create an Excel file (use the Crosstab option).

The download file ONLY contains the data
for records that display in the grid, hence the recommendation to enter a
number that is equal to or greater than the total number of records for your
selection(s).
