(open menu) button.1. To display Subject List, click the (open menu) button.
2. Click the Show Subject option. Click the Hide Subject option, as needed.
3. Subject Records display in the grid and Site ID
displays above each Subject grouping.
4. Use the Scroll bar to navigate up/down and
left/right in the grid.
5. Use the Sort button (top of the Site
column) to Sort ascending/descending by Site.
Subject records always display in descending order under their
associated Site.
6. Optionally, click the (open menu) button and click the Hide Subject option to hide the
Subject Record rows (return to default view in grid).
