1. Click the Download button. The Download dialog box displays.
2. Click on a button to select a format for the download.

Buttons
that are grayed out are not available for the selection.

The
Download [format] dialog box displays.
3. Open one (1) or more menus and click to make
selection(s). Menu options may vary
based on the format you select.
4. Click the Download button to initiate
the file download process.

5. A message displays onscreen while the system
processes the request.
6. A file is generated by the system.

File
options may display based on the browser in use. Navigate to the location where your browser
saves downloads, to locate your file.
Use the options presented to access the file.
b. Based on the file type you select, use tools in
that program to access additional features. E.g., when you download to an Excel
file, use the Excel options to further sort; filter; copy/paste columns/rows/tabs;
show/hide data.
